Install, operate, and maintain various Telecommunication Systems as assigned.

To be as Technical representative for field projects, which include VSAT, Microwave, and other WAN topologies.

Have the ability to complete VSAT installations worldwide.

Resolve customer and system outage resolutions.

Administer Local Area Network during installation process.

Interpret field level documentation, provide as built/redline modifications to project drawings.

Minimum Requirements:

Military and/or Commercial SatCom experience. A minimum of 6-10 years of commercial experience is preferred in addition to military training or experience.

Knowledge of installation practices for 1.8M thru 5M antenna systems and associated electronics.

Ability to work from standard engineering drawings, documents, and Link Budgets with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of SCPC,CDMA, and TDMA systems from Hub or Remote perspective.

Knowledge of iDirect and Vipersat systems (both hub and remote)

Familiar with Microsoft Office

Be able to work above heights of 12 feet

Ability to lift 80lbs

Optional/Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Networking, VOIP, Bluecoat, and Cisco is a plus

The primary responsibilities for this position are to develop, implement, and maintain our systems ensuring compliance with strategic plans.

This position will manage the IT Department to ensure customer oriented solutions to our technical needs. Provide leadership in computer application and development to support existing and future company needs. Including the following:
*Manage system administration to ensure optimum performance.
*Manage the day to day operations of a multiple server LAN.

IT Manager Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
*Minimum of 5 years experience.
*Certification in Microsoft Windows 2003.
*Working knowledge of Citrix Metaframe, MS-SQL databases and Virtual Machine.
*Familiarity with financial applications such as CA's ACCPAC and ABS' Safenet.
*Software programming experience or project based experience.
*Telecommunications knowledge both voice and data.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
*Agree to a high level background check.
*Ability to lift and move equipment.
