Job Description:
Perform migration of legacy B2B complex transformation systems which are based on IBM WTX, Oracle Tuxedo and proprietary C++ code to the standard firm wide Enterprise Service Bus and transformation toolset.

Provide B2B complex transformation subject matter expertise for financial industry formats (e.g. SWIFT, FIX, FpML, CREST, SEPA), doc style formats (PDF, Excel, CSV, Word, RTF), and other unstructured or semi-structured proprietary formats.

Provide expertise and establish best practices for integrating complex transformation tools within IBM’s Websphere Message Broker.

Establish best practices for development, deployment, monitoring and administration of complex transformations within IBM WMB.

• Create a blueprint of hosting architecture within the WMB (Websphere Message Broker) platform.
• Engineer distributable build of complex transformation software for, Linux, Solaris, and Windows.
• Define and construct complex transformation development and UAT environments.
• Provide consultancy to support and development teams.
• Perform analysis of automating the conversion of legacy transformations to be performed by WTX.
• Design, construct and test conversion tools/methodologies for the migration of legacy WTX transformations.
• Produce best practices document for complex transformation development.
• Establish governance of managing the lifecycle of transformation meta-data and transformation hosting.
• Produce re-usable transformation templates to facilitate the migration of the legacy flows.
• Construct and test message flows with transformation.
• Deploy pilot of legacy Integration into production WMB environment, produce test plan.
• Develop and implement a global knowledge share and training program to ensure staff are cross trained on the complex transformation toolset.

• Develop and execute migration plan for legacy transformation systems move to the new strategic platform.
• Periodic updates to IB IT messaging architecture team, production messaging support team and end users.

IBM WMB will be the strategic message integration platform used at Client; it will be used to replace a proprietary message brokers and transformation platforms.

The IBM WMB and transformation subject matter expert will have significant exposure and influence on these future integration projects.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for executing all aspects of finished goods demand planning. The key responsibilities involve executing proper demand planning strategies as established by management to work with the inventory supply strategy. Responsibilities include working directly with sales, business units, customers and supply planning to execute agreed upon demand planning programs as appropriate for the strategies, goals and objectives.

• Monitor sales to identify and track spikes in demand and significant forecast deficiencies
• Determine best possible stocking strategy based on item classification and expected service levels to our customers
